PUBLISHING FACTORY

Abstract

The publishing factory turns raw signal into shipped writing. A coordinator runs it; author agents draft in three registers (academic, enthusiast, social); one pass fits the work to my voice, and a second strips out whatever machine cadence is left. Everything runs through a firewall scan, and anything that looks genuinely new hits a counsel-review gate before it goes anywhere. It holds a cadence I couldn't on my own (long-form monthly, professional-network weekly, short-form daily) while keeping the published voice mine.

Provenance

Came out of a blunt realization (an architect who doesn't publish is invisible) plus years of learning that the gap between a draft and something credible is always the same three things: voice, an IP firewall, and a cadence one person can't hold alone.

Declassified

The shape is public; the internals (the voice corpus, the two-pass humanizer, the escalation logic) aren't. The whole thing assumes my time is the scarce resource, so every gate is there to sharpen my judgment, not stand in for it. The economics are blunt: an architect who ships is a lot harder to wave off than one who only consults.
