Abstract
CONVERGENCE is a pattern, not a product. It goes after one stubborn problem: the signal you need is scattered across systems that don't talk to each other, and no single query can pull a coherent answer together in the time you've actually got. The fix is architectural, not analytical. Convergence gets built into the pipeline instead of computed at the end. Old problem. The shape of the solution isn't.
Provenance
Came out of integration architecture at enterprise scale: event-driven systems, message routing, multi-tenant orchestration, and the kind of problem where the data all exists but the answer doesn't.
Declassified
What I'll say in the open: it beats naive orchestration by enough of a margin that I decided to keep it in the vault. What I won't say: where it runs, how it composes, or why it isn't a published framework. That's deliberate: the leverage is in the method, not the headline. This entry is here to say the problem got solved, not to show the wiring.
