Abstract
KB ENGINE is the memory layer underneath the orchestrator and everything around it. It doesn't treat knowledge as a pile of documents. It treats it as a living graph of decisions, patterns, and signals that gets richer over time. It notices what matters, links what's related, and surfaces what's relevant before anyone thinks to ask for it. The point is institutional memory that doesn't decay on the same curve as the problems it was built to solve.
Provenance
Came out of years of enterprise knowledge-management work, multi-cloud data stitching, and watching most institutional memory rot faster than the problems it was supposed to outlast.
Declassified
Most knowledge bases are graveyards: write once, never read again. This one is built to be the opposite: a substrate, not an archive. It takes signal from a lot of surfaces, keeps the lineage intact, and hands context back to agents and humans at the moment they're deciding something. It's opinionated on purpose about what's worth keeping and what should be allowed to fade. How it does that, I'm keeping to myself.
