SYNARK

Abstract

SYNARK is the observability face of the orchestrator, not a separate product. One instrument across seven measurement domains, built to surface three things I would otherwise miss: anomalies in what the factory ships, opportunities the routing almost caught but didn't, and unknown-unknowns it flags as worth a human look. It runs as a local service with a native desktop and mobile client on top, and it reads more like a flight-control panel than a marketing dashboard. Tuned for exactly one user: an architect with strong taste and not much time.

Provenance

Came out of one observation: the limit on a solo architect running an autonomous factory isn't capability or capital, it's attention. Synark is the instrument built to widen that without dulling the judgment behind it, and it is the part of the system that got built first, back when it was only a dashboard.

Declassified

The seven domains and how they depend on each other are documented in the open. The anomaly detection, the opportunity-surfacing model, and the unknown-unknowns identifier are not. That is where the leverage compounds. One rule holds the whole thing together: the dashboard reports, it never acts. The one acting is always me. Worth saying plainly, since it gets misread: the dashboard, the measurement layer, and the orchestrator are one system with three faces, not three products.
